As a medium sized club in a regional area of NSW we run a pretty lean organisational structure. We do not have the luxury of the larger budgets of similar sized metropolitan clubs so we can not afford to employ a team of analysts and marketers to work full time for us. We engaged the services of Buzz Consultants almost 2 years ago. We were in the process of extending
our premises and refurbishing our Club whilst at the same time increasing the number of gaming
machines in our installation. We felt that Buzz Consulting was the right fit for the Demo Club to help
implement and drive our new Loyalty Program and also reviewing my gaming data and providing
analysis on our machines performance.
Having an external company to assist us with improving our gaming revenue and monitoring the
players has proven to be extremely valuable and provides us with an independent point of view and
one that is able to compare our results with the industry. They vary their reporting analysis from time
to time to ensure that we are always measuring changes in our gaming and patron behaviour.
I have found that all of the team at Buzz are very helpful and approachable when I raise new ideas

“Buzz Consultants set up our loyalty membership tiering system and it has been operating for over a year now. Marianne Doyle, the CEO organized this and has set up all of our brochures, LTPS’ and club branded Eftpos Cards.
At the end of each month Buzz sends the reports that are generated for the club by email with a summary page. These reports are an integral part of our members playing data and give us the knowledge and opportunity to look after them and grow our business.

We were looking to implement a tiered loyalty program within the Club and after doing our own cost benefit analysis we engaged the team at Buzz rather than proceeding internally.
