Being aware that we could be doing a lot more to encourage patrons to choose us more frequently over our competitors, like many small to medium sized venues our challenge was not having the experience to implement the strategic changes needed by ourselves.

We were a regional Club without a loyalty program and due to Covid setbacks, hadn’t made any real changes to gaming for close to two years.
